Vanguard Construction Manager is the internal project management platform used by Vanguard Projects Group and invited project team members to coordinate construction work. The application helps teams manage RFIs, submittals, budgets, field expenses, daily reports, drawings, specifications, change orders, and project documentation across active jobs.
Access is limited to authorized users who have been invited to a project. Sign in with your company Google account or other credentials provided by your project administrator.
The platform supports day-to-day construction administration and field coordination for Vanguard CM project teams.
Track requests for information and submittal reviews from the field through design team response.
Manage project budgets, field expenses, change orders, and billing applications in one place.
Organize drawing sets, spec sections, and project documents for the team and consultants.
Capture daily field activity, punch list items, photos, and issues as work progresses on site.
