To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanguard Construction Manager and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
